practice | lifestyle & nutrition coaching

One-to-one online coaching supporting healing, sustainable habits, nourishment, and daily rhythms, shaped to real life rather than rigid frameworks.

This work is held within an Ayurvedic framework, honouring your current state, constitution, nervous system, and lived circumstances. Together we explore how imbalance may be showing up in the body, whether as ongoing conditions, recurring ailments, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal shifts, stress patterns, or a sense of disconnection from rhythm and vitality.

Rather than chasing symptoms, we listen for underlying patterns. Sessions focus on gently recalibrating daily life through food, routine, rest, movement, and self-care practices that are realistic, supportive, and able to be sustained over time.

Where appropriate, this work may include guidance around plant medicines, herbs, oils, and traditional formulations, used thoughtfully and respectfully as allies rather than quick solutions. These are offered as part of a wider ecosystem of support, always in relationship with your body’s capacity, lifestyle, and needs.

This is not a process of optimisation or fixing. It is a relational approach to healing, one that values patience, observation, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence.

HOW ONLINE AYURVEDA LIFESTYLE AND NUTRITION WORKS

Before our first session, you will be invited to keep a gentle 10-day record of daily life, including food, drink, sleep, digestion, elimination, energy, and mood. This is not about perfection or tracking, but about noticing patterns and giving us a clear starting point rooted in your lived experience.

Over one to two months, we meet for three one-to-one online sessions. These initial sessions form the foundation of the work, offering clarity, personalised guidance, and practical adjustments that can be woven into daily life. Optional monthly or seasonal check-ins are available for ongoing support, recognising that bodies, needs, and rhythms change as life unfolds.

Ayurveda is a holistic system of health that focuses on prevention, balance, and relationship rather than crisis management. It supports the body, mind, and heart in returning to their natural state of equilibrium, allowing vitality, resilience, and wellbeing to be sustained over time.

This work offers support not only for addressing current imbalances, but for cultivating a way of living that remains responsive, adaptable, and rooted in deeper self-understanding.

CALL 1: DISCOVERY 1 - 2 hours @ £60/ hour

This first session is a space to slow down and begin listening together.

We take time to explore your natural constitution and your current state of imbalance, using an Ayurvedic framework to understand how your body, mind, and nervous system are responding to daily life. Our conversation may include lifestyle, nourishment, sleep, digestion, energy, emotional patterns, home environment, and any symptoms or concerns you wish to share.

From this, a personalised lifestyle and nutrition guide begins to take shape, designed to support healing, restore balance, and gently prevent future imbalance. The focus is not on restriction or rigid rules, but on creating practices that feel supportive, realistic, and able to evolve as life changes.

CALL 2: GUIDANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS 1 - 2 hours @ £60/ hour

Following our initial session, time is taken to thoughtfully review and integrate everything you have shared. From this, a personalised Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition guide is created, shaped around your constitution, current imbalances, and lived reality.

Guidance is offered with the intention of supporting the easing of symptoms, strengthening resilience, and cultivating greater steadiness across mind, body, and heart. Recommendations are practical, accessible, and designed to be woven into daily life rather than followed as a fixed prescription.

Where appropriate, this may include plant medicine recommendations, such as herbs, oils, and traditional formulations, offered as gentle allies within a wider ecosystem of care. These are suggested with care, respect for lineage, and consideration for your individual needs and capacity.

You will also receive an introduction to Ayurvedic principles, along with nourishing recipe ideas and supportive practices, so you can understand not only what is being offered, but how to work with it over time.

CALL 3: INTEGRATION AND ADJUSTMENTS +- 1 hour @ £60/

After receiving your personalised guidance, you are given time to begin living with the recommendations and noticing how they land in real life. Over the following few weeks, you explore changes at a pace that feels manageable, allowing the body and nervous system to respond gradually.

Our third session is a space to reflect together. We discuss what has felt supportive, what has been challenging, and what may need to be refined. Where something feels unrealistic or difficult to sustain, guidance is adapted and alternatives are offered, ensuring the work remains responsive rather than rigid.

This stage honours the truth that healing unfolds through experience, not instruction, and that practices must evolve as understanding deepens.

MONTHLY OR SEASONAL CHECK-INS +- 1 hour @ £50/ hour

Life continues to unfold, and needs shift with time, seasons, and circumstance. These optional check-in sessions offer a steady point of return, allowing the work to remain responsive rather than fixed.

Together we revisit your rhythms, notice emerging patterns, and gently recalibrate where support is needed. Sessions may include seasonal guidance, nourishing recipe ideas, plant medicine considerations, and adjustments to lifestyle practices as your life and environment change.

These sessions are less about accountability and more about continuity, offering a space to reconnect with balance, clarity, and self-trust as the seasons turn.

WHO THIS IF FOR

This work is for those who feel ready to tend to their health and wellbeing with care, patience, and curiosity.

I act as a guide rather than an authority. This is not a rigid programme, a militant-style diet, or a set of rules to follow perfectly. Ayurveda is approached here as a way of living, one that ebbs and flows with life, seasons, and changing circumstances.

The intention is not to control the body, but to build relationship with it. Practices are adapted, not enforced, and the work unfolds in collaboration rather than compliance.
