The Wilder Narrative is a way of listening. To the body as teacher. To the land as guide. To the deeper intelligence that reveals itself when effort softens and understanding is allowed to be felt.
It is a philosophy shaped not by one moment of knowing, but by having the courage to return to what matters again and again.
This work began when one life was left behind and another was chosen without certainty.
Leaving a corporate role opened a quieter question. One that led to India, sitting of the floor with ancient teachings that asked for humility rather than mastery. Yoga was the first doorway, but it was never the final one.
Over time, the path widened through lived experience. Through Ayurveda and touch. Through ritual, circle, cacao, and sound. Through retreat spaces where time softened and something truer could be felt. Through the land itself as a teacher. Through listening closely to what the body held, and what it was ready to release.
This was never a linear journey. Wilder Narrative exists because no single modality could hold the whole story.
We are guided by the practice of presence. By the relationship with ourselves, with the land, the seasons, the elements and places that shape us.
Here, lineage is held with respect. Wisdom is felt and experienced. Feeling is a form of intelligence. Learning is a remembering rather than an achievement.
These principles shape every offering held within Wilder Narrative.
What draws us toward certain lands, rituals, teachers, or traditions is often an echo within. A recognition of something ancient and already alive beneath the surface. Wilder Narrative encourages a deep sense of inner listening. Listening to the places within that stirred something familiar. Meeting traditions not as destinations to arrive at, but as mirrors reflecting an inner knowing already present. Land, lineage, and teachers have each offered guidance, not as identities to adopt, but as wisdom to be integrated.
You might say that we are somewhat "spiritual nomads". What is gathered through travel, study, and devotion is not accumulated, it is absorbed and metabolised. Woven quietly into the way life is lived.
Place inspires. Lineage informs. Experience integrates. And still, home is not somewhere we finally reach. Home is an inner orientation.
This work may speak to you if you sense that healing is not linear.
Are you drawn to the wild, not as an escape, but as belonging? Do you seek practices that honour depth, layered unfolding, and lived experience?
For those walking a path of remembering, Wilder Narrative is a place to walk together.
All are welcome.
