"Wild Women of all forms, you are welcomed to gather, share, shed and bare all. A celebration of the sacred self, coming together and remembering to come home.

Shedding what does not serve us comes in many forms. This event is held for women to see what comes up to the surface to be healed through these sacred modalities."

WHAT TO BRING 

Dress in comfortable clothes you can move in, extra layers for the sound healing and outdoors are welcome. A yoga mat or sheepskin, blanket. Optional cozy layers. It would also be helpful to bring a journal, pen and drinking water and a mug for cacao.

After the event, we have the option of sharing a supper together. Preorders for vegan, south Indian restaurant Tiger Feet, will be requested closer to the event date. We will reach out.
