Practice offers ongoing spaces to move, breathe, and listen inward. These offerings support embodied presence, nervous system regulation, and rhythms that can be carried into daily life.


Practice is available through in person yoga classes in Newquay, Cornwall, as well as online yoga classes and lifestyle and nutrition coaching offered worldwide. Rather than striving toward an ideal, practice meets the body as it is, allowing understanding to emerge through experience over time.
